- Spiritual Support Only: These sessions are exclusively for spiritual prayer support and biblical encouragement. They do NOT constitute professional psychological counseling, therapy, medical advice, or legal guidance. If you need professional help, please seek qualified professionals.
- Eligibility: You must be 18 years of age or older to book a session independently. Minors may participate only with express parental or guardian consent and presence.
- Code of Conduct: You must maintain appropriate, respectful, and modest behavior at all times during the online call. Any form of harassment, inappropriate exposure, abusive or threatening language, or disrespectful conduct will result in the immediate and permanent termination of the call without warning and without any obligation on the part of J.C.C.R.M.
- Right to Refuse Service: J.C.C.R.M reserves the right to deny, cancel, or terminate any prayer appointment at our sole discretion. Individuals who violate these terms may be permanently banned from all future online services.
- Recording Policy: For the safety of our ministry team and quality assurance, online prayer calls may be monitored or recorded. By joining the call, you consent to such recording as permitted by applicable Indian law, including the DPDP Act, 2023. Recordings will not be shared publicly without your explicit consent.

- Promotes enmity between different groups on grounds of religion, race, place of birth, residence, language, caste, or community.

5. Testimonies & YouTube Channel Consent
J.C.C.R.M frequently broadcasts personal testimonies of spiritual healing, restoration, and faith on our YouTube channel (@JCCR.Ministries) and on our website.
5.1 Declaration of Acquired Consent
We hereby affirm that for all testimonies recorded and published by J.C.C.R.M:
- Voluntary Participation: Every individual providing a testimony has done so completely voluntarily, of their own free will, and without any coercion, pressure, inducement, or undue influence.
- Acquired Informed Consent: J.C.C.R.M has acquired proper, informed, and explicit consent from each individual who came forward to testify — prior to recording and broadcasting their story. This consent is documented in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023.
- Awareness of Public Broadcast: Each testifier is fully informed that their testimony — including their likeness, voice, name (if shared), and personal story — will be broadcasted publicly on YouTube and may appear on other J.C.C.R.M digital platforms worldwide.
- Accuracy: Each testimony represents the personal, first-hand account of the individual and is presented as they have shared it. J.C.C.R.M does not alter or misrepresent individual testimonies.
5.2 Rights of the Testifier (DPDP Act, 2023)
- Waiver of Compensation: Testifiers voluntarily share their stories for the glory of God and the spiritual encouragement of the church community, and expressly waive any right to royalties, remuneration, or compensation.
- Right to Withdraw Consent: In compliance with the DPDP Act, 2023, any individual who has shared their testimony retains the right to withdraw their consent at any time by submitting a formal written request to J.C.C.R.M. Upon receipt, we will take reasonable and prompt steps to remove the specific content from our actively managed platforms. Please note: We cannot control content that has already been downloaded or re-shared by third parties prior to the withdrawal request.
5.3 Third-Party Testimonial Viewer Conduct
Viewers of testimonies published on our channels are prohibited from downloading, re-uploading, ridiculing, or using these personal accounts in any manner that violates the dignity of the testifier. Doing so may constitute an offense under Indian law, including provisions related to defamation and violation of privacy.
